Open Access Statement


Journal of Business Management supports Open Access for academic work, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of its articles and to use them for any other lawful purpose. All the articles published in this journal are free to access immediately from the date of publication. We do not charge any fees for any reader to download articles for their own scholarly use.

2008-2016 JBM published Full Open Access (Volumes 1-12)

2017-2021 JBM published Open Access with restrictions: The articles are open accsess for reading, but no part of the publication may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written permission of the publisher (Volumes 13-19 issues)

Since the beginning of 2022 (Volume 20), Journal of Business Management operates under the Creative Commons Licence CC-BY. This license lets others distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon your work, even commercially, as long as they credit the author(s) for the original creation. All authors publishing with Journal of Business Management accept these as the terms of publication.
